Dominika in her own words
I am one of the few Elite Neuro Encoding specialists in the world with a holistic life coaching qualification and am licensed as a brain coach by Dr. Amen, a renowned neuropsychiatrist. My coaching approach is unique because I blend scientific knowledge about the brain with the emotional support of a life coach. I use techniques like neuroencoding and EMDR to help my clients reprogram their brains and create new neuropathways, enabling them to achieve their desired lives.
I originally received an MS in sociology and education and worked as a successful career coach in Europe. However, despite my professional success, I felt unfulfilled and out of place. When I lost my 16-month-old son and struggled with depression and low self-esteem. I became trapped in a negative mindset and believed that the world was against me due to my inability to cope with the trauma.
It was at this point, that I realized, that it was not possible for everything and everyone around me to be wrong or bad. This realization marked the beginning of my transformation journey.
I began learning about how the brain and emotions function, and eventually trained and qualified as an Elite Neuro Encoding specialist at the Neuroencoding Institute with Joseph McClendon III. I also graduated from Amen University with a rare certification as a Brain coach and Trainer. I became one of the few certified brain coaches in the world with a scientific and holistic coaching approach.
Since then, I have worked with many well-known coaches and learned hands-on. I now live in integrity with my dreams and values and help my clients thrive on their own terms. With a wide range of tools and in-depth knowledge, I help clients overcome trauma, stress, and pain without having to revisit their past. My strategies can help them overcome depression and anxiety and give them the tools to understand and change their habits and default to their best behavior. I can assist you in eliminating fears of failure, success, and fear of rejection. I will help you eliminate procrastination and self-doubt or help you assassinate chronic stress. With the new tools and abilities that you will gain during our sessions, you will experience life in a way that will open more doors to possibilities and joy on your terms. If I was able to do it, you can too.
